General Shipping Information:
      All Pedal Cars, Pedal Planes, Tricycles, and Ride On Toys are shipped free within the 48 Continental United States. Other product orders will be charged a flat rate as stated in their description(s). All shipping includes free insurance.

      These are large toys and they are not cheap. If you cannot be present to receive shipment of your merchandise, we highly recommend arranging to have someone present or a trusted neighbor or friend receive the order for you.

      Orders are usually shipped 1 to 2 business days after they are received. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Internet orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

      Most orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier, via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, usually arriving within 2 to 7 business days within the lower 48 U.S. When your item(s) are shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

      Depending on your location and what you order, the actual purchase time to actual delivery time is normally 1 to 5 days. Sometimes shorter and rarely longer.  For an estimated delivery time call us toll free at, 866-441-9544 9AM to 6PM Central, Mon-Fri.

      After placing an order, and in the event of an item being out of stock (a rare occurrence), you will be notified immediately of the approximate delivery time. Or if you prefer, you may elect to receive a merchandise credit towards another item, or a Full Refund.

      Express shipping is available at an extra cost; please e-mail us for a quote. "This is a very expensive option"

      We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. SORRY!

Shipping Damage:
      Although it is rare, it is important to check your merchandise upon arrival. If your item was damaged in transit, report it immediately to the shipping company. (Shippers will not honor damage complaints a week after delivery) Then e-mail us at with all details. We are not responsible for any damage to merchandise while it is in transit, all shipments will be insured and we will gladly assist you with any issues that may arise from shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada Shipping:
All orders placed in Hawaii, Alaska and Canadian orders will incur a shipping fee.
      Before ordering, please send us an e-mail at to obtain a shipping quote. We will do our best to keep costs to a minimum, shipping cost will be the actual shipping fee less the amount a shipment would have cost within the Continental U.S.  Quotes usually e-mailed within 24 hrs of request.
      Canadian Buyers Please Note: Duties, taxes, brokerage and related importing fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Be sure to include your exact address (Street, City, State/Province, Country, Postal Code),  along with the item description(s) & part number(s) that you are interested in.

      If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise in its original unused condition within 30 days of the product shipment date for a full refund.  We do not accept returns on used merchandise for refunds.  If you have any other concerns, call us toll free: 866-441-9544 9AM to PM Central, Mon-Fri.
Defective Merchandise?
      Merchandise found with manufacturer defects or damage may be returned within 30 days of the product shipment date. Defective items will be repaired or replaced then returned free of charge. Replacements will be of same models only.
What To Do:
     In the event that you need to return a product to us, please e-mail us first at to request a refund or return authorization. We will then send you an e-mail with complete return instructions, and a Return Authorization Number.

Be sure to include:
1. Detailed reason for return request, ie. Refund or Repair
2. Your name
3. Complete mailing address
4. E-mail addres
5. Phone number

PLEASE NOTE: Returned items must be intact and in their original box, with all manuals, packaging & shipping inserts included. We do not accept incomplete items for returns; you must include ALL original packaging.
Order Cancellations: Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order.
